1- Daily Cash Request and Close
– Prepare a cash requisition from Cashier/Account Supervisor for Counter Operation (In Counter) on a daily basis at every 8:00am
– Reconcile and close Cash on hand and handover to Cashier/Account Supervisor on a daily basis at every 5:00pm

2- Cash Deposit and Withdrawal Operation
– Perform counter cash deposit transaction by updating in Backend System
– Perform counter cash withdrawal transaction by updating in Backend System
– Ensure the deposit/withdrawal amount and actual cash fund received/issued are tie without any discrepancies

3- Cash Exchange Operation
– Perform counter cash exchange from KHR to USD and vice versa

4- Cash Checking
– Check all Cash Notes quality before deposit, withdrawal and exchange transaction
– Double check on cash counting before deposit, withdrawal and exchange

5- Accurate and Effective Transaction
– Ensure all the transaction of deposit, withdrawal and exchange are executed in the high standard of service operation without any shortage/surplus of cash
– Support in identify the variance in case there is a discrepancy of Actual Cash Balance and Digital Balance
6- Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree in Finance or Banking or any other related field
– Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Fin-Tech or Banking Industries or Teller Position
– Knowledge of Finance Flow preferably in Fin-Tech or Banking Industries
– Attention to detail skills
– Good knowledge of Accounting System
– Ability to identify forged or real money notes
– Good problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Patience and Ability to work well under pressure
– Good interpersonal skills
– Good Knowledge of MS Office, Internet and Email
– Good in English communication both in writing and speaking
– Chinese is a plus advantage
– Knowledge of the Bank’s other working languages is an added advantage
– Willingness to travel and to work long hours where required in order to achieve the Bank’s objectives;
