1- Closing Financial Statement
– Check and close monthly and yearly Profit and Loss Statement and Financial Statements as deadline set2- Monthly and Yearly Tax Return Preparation
– Check Monthly Tax Return and submit to Tax Department as per schedule set
– Check Yearly Tax Return and submit to Tax Department3- Supporting Internal and External Audit
– Work closely with Internal Audit Team by supporting, clarifying and providing necessary documents
– Work closely with assigned External Audit by providing necessary required supporting documents
– Liaise with Tax Auditor for Tax Audit Assessment5- Check Payment, Receipt and Transfer
– Check and verify Payment Voucher and submit for approval
– Check and verify Receipt Voucher and submit for approval
– Check and verify Transfer Voucher and submit for approval6- Manage and Process Xero System
– Review and accept Purchase Order Request that is relevant to Finance Department
– Check and verify Bill to Pay versus Payment Voucher
– Prepare Payrun for Monthly Payroll
– Book Account Entry into Xero System
– Manage Xero Users by adding, removing, modifying

Functional Skills Requirement
– Knowledge of Finance Flow preferably in Fin-Tech or Banking Industries
– Attention to detail skills
– Good knowledge of Accounting System
– Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
