Job Description
2. Provide direction to all clients and dial with the department concerned.
3. Receiving message or letter from outside and spread to person or concerned department.
4. Make sure the floor area such as the lights, air-con, or front desk area must be clean and use in properly.
5. Be response all the lights of front line in case any damage must be report to line manager or concerned people to repair.
6. Make sure the front entrance or office public area must be clean.
7. Daily report office drinking water to refill.
8. Check and control office meeting room, and take note office meeting for any booking.
9. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
– Understanding of English (Chinese is advantage)
– Basic of Microsoft Office
