1- Financial Management
– Managing of all Tang Kung Pay financial assets effectively and efficiently through in all branches,
– Participating financial planning and executing the plan abide by the policies,
– Managing all type of finance related risks, ensuring sufficient fund for operation without shortage or excess of fund,

2- Accounting Management
– Reviewing and authorizing income and expense transactions (required levels),
– Ensuring the completeness of accounting requirements,
– Ensuring that internal control system is fully followed by all branches,

3- Fixed assets Management
– Ensuring the development and implementation of system tracking and controlling the utilization and movement of assets of all branches,
– Ensuring that all assets are used to serve Tang Kung Pay’s operation effectively and effectively,
– Ensuring that inventory, label and stack all durable assets through an effective and current asset register and database system at all district branches,

4- Employee Management
– Identifying staffing needs of all branches and propose to operation department
– Hiring best staff by participating in recruitment process within the branch,
– Ensuring staffs have enough knowledge of the job prior to be placed on actual job,5- Administration
– Ensuring the control of staff attendance at all branches,
– Ensuring that day to day operation of all branches within the region is running smoothly,
– Managing staff vacation leave,6- Credit Management
– Analyzing and approving loans according to the credit policy
– Managing all type of credit risks,
– Maintaining portfolio in good quality,7- Marketing Management
– Business surveying for new areas of operations,
– Marketing and promoting the product of Tang Kung Pay
– Conducting or sensing SWOT analysis of the area of operation in order to maintain market share and expending its operating without encountering risks,8- Communication Management
– Ensuring that financial reports and operational activity report are generated on time,
– Representing Tang Kung Pay at branch level,
– Disseminating external or internal information or reporting the development of the branch or Tang Kung Pay., in general to all stakeholders through meeting or written report,9- Government Liaison:
– Actively facilitating the general process of government relation at branch level,
– Ensuring coordination with local authority in processing paper work, legal compliance and coping with problem solving,
– Representing Tang Kung Pay at any count case suing bad client.

– Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking operation or financial institution management
– Or minimum 3 years of experience in position of COO
– Possess strong track record in financial product and service experience- Excellent knowledge of the Bank operations, cash operations, banking rules and regulations, laws, and all relevant policies and procedures
– Experiences in relationship management, customer services, and cash management.
– Good Knowledge of Digital Bank Industry Trends, Rules and Regulations
– Good Knowledge of mobile, online and digital banking platform
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Effective communication skills
– Deep understanding about economic environment and impact of country factors on customer’s business as well as the bank
