2. Supporting Admin/ Drive / Guard
3. Prepare list hand over to new employee.
4. Check Cleaner, Gardener and Security at site Office .
5. To support HR& Admin to maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, termination, and attendance.
6. Monitor and Control office stationary file in/out.
7. In charge of office stationary stock in request.
8. To support Auditor for paper work with ministries concerned.
– Educational background in human resources management or business administration.
– At least one year of related experience in human resources management
– Must be good at Spoken and written English
– Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
– Ability to work independently, well organized.
– Good computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office).
