Job Description

1- Developing and Executing Business Strategies
– Develop and implement financial performance plans, strategies, and any other operational strategies in the line with Tang Kung Pay strategies
– Proactively spot business opportunities, put action plans and implement effective strategic plans to capture business and increase market shar

2- Manage Branch Operations
– Oversee and ensure smooth day to day of customer service operations
– Oversee and monitor all employee’s execution for the highest service standard by ensuring consistency of service quality and delivery in order to meet and exceed customer expectations as well as to attract and retain the branch’s main accounts
– Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks to ensure operating efficiencies are achieved, including call and email queue monitoring
– Ensure employee scheduling is in place to handle customer demands
– Keep up to date on current banking regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols, and ensure that employees are too

3- Effective Cash Management
– Monitor the implementation of cash management policies and procedures to ensure staff are handling cash in efficient and secure way
– Control and manage the branch’s cash balances so as to maximize the accessibility of cash on hand

4- Drive for the Growth
– Manage the branch’s implementation of new products or programs to help provide a better customer service and stimulate new growth.
– Communicate and propose new ideas and marketing strategies within branch market areas to improve public’s trust, sales and cross-selling of the branch

Job Requirements

Functional Skills Requirements
– Excellent knowledge of the Bank branch operations, cash operations, banking rules and regulations, laws, and all relevant policies and procedures
– Experiences in managing teller line, relationship management, customer services, and cash management.
– Experience Growing Branch Revenues
– Knowledge of Digital Bank Industry Trends, Rules and Regulations
– Good understanding of mobile, online and digital banking platform
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Effective communication skills

Soft Skills Requirements
– Good leadership, management, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill
– Strong analytical skills
– Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
– Patience and Ability to work well under pressure
– Good time management skills
– Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
– Excellent sales and customer services skills.

Computer and Languages Requirements
– Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet and frequent used software in Bank
– Good in English communication both in writing and speaking
– Chinese is a plus advantage
– Knowledge of the Bank’s other working languages is an added advantage
– Proven Record of Achieving Revenue Targets
