Job Description

– Demonstrate sensitivity and empathy regarding to the service providing to all the Customers/Users who required for support and assistances
– Answer and provide appropriate assistance for information or provide solutions following the policies and procedures
– Ensure to pick up all incoming calls and in case of missing any call, a replying call must be schedule to be done properly
– Document all queries correctly into the log-book or computer system by elaborating the solution provided
– Get the support from related stakeholders to ensure the concerns of the Customers/Users are settled in time
– Bring up the case to App Development Manager if the problems cannot be settled or solution cannot be found
– Maintain a high standard of procedure in following up and update the status to Customers/Users

Functional Skill Requirement
– Knowledge of excellent service standard of Fin-Tech or Banking Industries
– Good Interpersonal Skills
– Good Communication Skills

Soft Skill Requirements
– Good problem-solving skills
– Good time management skills
– Attention to detail
Computer and Language Requirements
– Good Knowledge of MS Office, Internet and Email
– Good in English communication both in writing and speaking
– Chinese is a plus advantage
